I land at 7:15am in Manchester UK and don't leave for 7 hours. Anybody want to join me for food? Or is there anything to do there?

Even though I only live 15 miles north of Manchester I only usually go there to the Trafford Centre shopping. Unfortunately I can't think of anything close by that would be interesting to visit in the amount of time you have free between flights.
