Me too. I was used to use Jaiku (mostly) in English, now I use Qaiku mostly in Finnish and try to follow some foreign friends in Twitter... Confusing and takes too much time!
FB is totally different thing - there are my workmates and relatives and that limits some things...
yeah, everyone's scattered all over the place now. it's like juggling 4 lovers, instead of getting 4x the pleasure, it's more like 4x the disappointment. and scary to say, if i have to choose one right now, i'd pick facebook :P
Yeah, probably me too... There is some important people who are not anywhere else + closest ones from other places. But still... it's quite awful... :-P

I try to hang on here - even most of my contacts are gone to Qaiku or Twitter or FB.

What happened to Jaiku bumms me out but there was a mass exodus to Twitter and you gotta go where the people are. I'm sad.
